What types of payment do you accept?

Love, Dani gladly accepts all major credit cards, gift cards from this shop, and PayPal.

Questions About Shipping

When will my order ship?

Items are usually shipped between 1-3 business days from the order date, but in rare cases, can take up to 5-7 business days to be shipped. Depending on your location, you should anticipate an additional 1-3 days between ship date and delivery date.

Can I track my order?

Yes! All domestic orders come with tracking!

I don't live in the United States. When can I expect my order to arrive?

For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your order after that time, please send me an email with your order number.

Are there any extra fees when shipping internationally?

It's possible. Each country is different, but you as the buyer will be responsible for all tariffs/duties/taxes once your parcel arrives in your country.

My order didn't arrive.

Please email me at dani@lovedani.com with your order number and I'll get back to you right away with the next steps. 

Questions about Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged?

If there is a manufacturing defect in your item, you may return it (un-used) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and processing fees will not be refunded. Love, Dani is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to post office handling.

In order to initiate a return, please email me at dani@lovedani.com so I can arrange the return details with you. Please include a photo of the damaged item in your email.

What if my item isn't what I expected?

Items will not be refunded unless there is an actual manufacturing defect (see above). I put as much information as possible in the product description into, but if there is anything you are unsure of, please ask! It is important to know what you are getting before you purchase.
